Additional documents may be requested, including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement showing your name and residential address, dated within the last three months) or photographic identification showing you holding your KTP for enhanced verification. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. 88klub supports multiple payment methods suitable for Indonesian users, including bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other major Indonesian banks, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the platform's deposit page. All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source. You may not use credit cards, loans, or borrowed funds to deposit. Deposit processing times vary by payment method: bank transfers during banking hours (typically 08:00-20:00 WIB) are usually processed within 5-15 minutes, while e-wallet deposits are typically instant (1-3 minutes). Off-peak deposits may take up to 24 hours.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed on the platform's withdrawal page. Typical withdrawal processing times are 15 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB), with off-peak withdrawals processed within 24 hours. 88klub does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees, charges, or currency conversion costs, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. In cases of frequent small withdrawals that incur disproportionate processing costs, we reserve the right to implement reasonable withdrawal fees or consolidate withdrawal requests.
88klub may offer various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements for sports betting, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while wagering, and expiry periods. These specific terms are displayed with each bonus offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions. You must read and understand the applicable bonus terms before claiming any bonus. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place bets totaling Rp 3,000,000 before you can withdraw winnings derived from that bonus.
Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10-20%, and sports bets contribute based on odds thresholds specified in the bonus terms. Low-margin betting strategies (betting on all outcomes of an event, minimal-risk roulette strategies, opposite positions on sports markets) do not contribute toward wagering requirements and constitute bonus abuse. Unless otherwise stated, you may hold only one active bonus at a time. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional players, bonus hunters, and syndicate operations are not eligible for bonuses. 88klub reserves the right to refuse bonuses to any User or to cancel bonuses already credited if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of bonus terms.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other users to meet wagering requirements, using automated betting software or bots, employing arbitrage betting strategies, making deposits solely to claim bonuses with no intention of genuine betting activity, or exploiting technical errors or glitches in bonus calculation. If we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to void all bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses, confiscate your account balance, and permanently close your account. We may also report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities and pursue legal action to recover losses.
All bets placed on 88klub are subject to the specific rules governing each game, sport, or betting market. These rules are available on the platform and should be read carefully before placing bets. Bets are considered accepted only when confirmed by our system and a transaction record is generated. We reserve the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason. Obvious errors, including manifestly incorrect odds (palpable errors), will be corrected, and affected bets may be voided. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or does not take place as scheduled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules published on our platform. For football betting markets including bandar bola (bookmaker markets), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and voor bola (Asian handicap), official league or tournament results as published by the governing body are final and binding.
The following betting practices are strictly prohibited: using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; colluding with other users or third parties; exploiting technical errors, glitches, or obvious pricing mistakes; engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms; manipulating or interfering with the platform's operation; insider betting (placing bets based on non-public information); match-fixing or any involvement in corruption of sporting events; and any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action.
88klub reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bets, games, or events. These limits are displayed on the platform and vary by sport, game type, and betting market. We reserve the right to limit the maximum bet amount accepted from any User, particularly for Users who demonstrate consistent winning patterns. These limitations are applied at our sole discretion and may be implemented without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88klub, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers (collectively, the "Company Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to 88klub in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or Rp 1,000,000 (one million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower. These limitations of liability do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 88klub and the Company Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the platform or services; (b) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; (c) your violation of any rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or privacy rights; (d) your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations; (e) any fraudulent, illegal, or wrongful conduct by you; or (f) any false or misleading information you provide to us. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and your use of the platform.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account (subject to fulfillment of any wagering requirements and verification procedures). We reserve the right to retain your account information for record-keeping and regulatory compliance purposes even after account closure.
88klub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, refuse service, or restrict access to the platform at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, abused bonuses or promotions, provided false or misleading information, created multiple accounts, allowed third parties to use your account, engaged in collusion or cheating, or if we determine that your continued access poses a risk to the platform, other users, or the Company. In the event of account termination, we reserve the right to void all pending bets, confiscate all funds in your account (including deposits and winnings) if termination is due to breach of these Terms, fraud, or illegal activity, and permanently ban you from creating new accounts on 88klub.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve your complaint in a fair and timely manner. If you are not satisfied with our resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter by requesting a formal review. All decisions made by 88klub in relation to disputes are final and binding. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88klub is licensed and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The waiver by 88klub of any breach or default under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 88klub.
